Flipping reaps astronomical tax burdens and is so dependent on volume and pace.

There is a really good podcast from on the BP RE podcast (Episode 527) with Pace Morby , I’d recommend giving that a listen and thinking it over and seeing what you could figure out.

Then again, I'm fairly new at this.I always just ask, if it was that bad, why are the properties still being snatched up in record pace.

Life is amazing in that things can happen for you at any pace regardless of your age.
