The cabinets are supposed to be pretty high end (Solid Wood Construction, Solid Maple Dovetailed, Slow Close Drawers) I have the option of four different finisheds, and they come assembled.

I want a contractor because I have a very demanding job and cannot spend time assembling my own team.

Same with the new Mercedes plant.. no sure how that will work since its just final assembly for the sprinter van.. 

Yeah, what I like is the scrappers took all the copper - mostly water pipes so the environmentals are in need of heavy repair to bring it back to it's previous commercial usage....however with changing it to a storage facility I see a far less initial cost to bring it together.Security can be done pretty easily since it was previously set up to secure the contents being shipped in and out of the facility (loading docs and other features lead me to believe this was initially set up for assembly).

We had a crew assembled but couldn't actually execute until 2 1/2 hours beyond our scheduled time due to a delay on the court's part.

You have to assemble the kitchens yourself but they are better and still cheaper.

When you're assembling a team of any kind and expecting some form of results out of yourself and them you're definitely leading.
