My only suggestion and hope is that you did a thorough walk through with photos or video prior to them moving in.I find that this type of system helps to alleviate some of this craziness that comes your way.

The poured cement walls were ok, it just seemed that the soil around the home would just hold the water.It had a sump pump but I had to run the original 20ft drainage 75ft away from the home to alleviate any hydrostatic dampness still coming up through the floor.

The ones I can think of are: allergies (other tenants might be allergic)noise (my bird is the noisy one in our household)property damage (yes, the little dog who is from California, pees in the house sometimes..ugh)Fear (my big dog is 110 pound black lab) of Dogs/Cats/AnimalsFear of lawsuits if the animal hurts someone elseI'd like to discuss what can be done to alleviate these and any other objections as much as possible.
