If Kevin would have paid a cleaning lady $8 per hour to sweep/vacuum the floors and empty trash cans for a total of 4 hours a week, then paying his daughter the same wage for the same work might be reasonable.  

This doensn't happen in a vacuum, though.

I leave a broom on site so before showings I can quickly broom sweep carpets and floors to make them look fresher without hauling a vacuum around.

Folding laundry, scrubbing toilets, vacuuming, cooking, lawn mowing at my house (which I hate) so I can show property, do repairs and paint at my rentals (which I really like).

There is even a small airline here that goes exclusively back and forth to CA, carrying all of them.  

unfortunately for me I am a wanna be airline pilot.. so the best I could do is buy airplanes now you talk about a big hole to poor money down...

I slapped some paint on it and vacuumed the carpets and have rented it for the last few years at $800.  

I once lived in a community in CA that had about 50 airline pilots in it.. based out of SFO.. and after golf of course they did not want to talk about work they talked about investing.. and there are some sponsor out there that just cater to airline pilots.. so theory..

I had fine cold water pressure and low hot water pressure, I shut off the power to the heater, drained it, pulled the lower heating element, and then vacuumed out a bunch of scale built up at the bottom... problem solved.
