I also agree with those restrictions with gate codes and other pilot neighbors might not like non-aviation visitors to come in, etc.

With 4-5 tenants, you could have 8-10 people if the tenants have overnight visitors. 

I like national parks bc there is a lot data on visitors.

What we need to remember is that Orlando visitors are renting private accommodation mainly because they want more privacy (Orlando offers so many resorts to choose from!)
