@Jennifer CheuMy mortgage commitment date was 8/15 and we had to extend this back until 8/21 but more so because the appraisal report was sent in late and there was some last minute issues between FHA and Insurance.Outside of that, we are still on pace to close this Friday 8/25 and I have no complaints with them at all.

We found a house we love, made an offer, got it accepted, and this past Friday we had the inspection.

Hi folks - I am closing on my first rental property (duplex) this Friday and have some questions about inherited tenants. 1.  

The Ridgewood branch is nice because it is only the only bank in the greater metro area that's open on Saturdays and if you invest in the same C/D neighborhoods I do, you know everyone seems to pay their rent on Friday night regardless of when it is due.

But when I come to town I'm meeting with at least a dozen people including my team so just imagine how Friday's and Saturday's are for me.  

We were set to  "see black" in September so we closed on another SFR last Friday.

Here's how delays happen.Your plumber is scheduled to be at your house Thursday and Friday  to do the few minor things needed so you can start sheetrock on Monday but his other job gets delayed and can't get your house done until Monday.
