None of my tenants use credit cards, they all set up direct withdrawals from their bank account. 

And I Only have about $3000 saved up and was wondering what anyone thought about an early withdrawal from my 401k to get started.

Very very slow market for us.

I started a major one just prior to kids and once they came, it slowed drastically and took me a few years lol.

@Jay G.In my experience listing agents want the TDS in the buyers hands as soon as possible so buyers don't have the right to cancel beyond the inspection contingency.If the TDS doesn't hit buyers hands early it's generally because seller is slow in completing it because they have so much else going on.Have you had a bad experience with this or are you simply trying to understand the process?

We are not at a top, but things are finally slowing down a bit.

You don't have a solid plan yet but then are frustrated that your friends are slow to move forward.

But realize that a lack of a degree is going to slow down your career rise at least at 1st while you prove yourself.

Real Estate is a tough road, it has a ton of ups and downs, it starts slow for most people, but once you begin to gain momentum you get to a point where you have more leads and clients than you have time for, where you have to either scale up or down.
