Watch out for all the people hyping great profits for no work.

It’s a trend that will have some effect yes, but it’s being way over hyped.

It is all hype.

It seems like some of the hype over the neighborhood has died down a bit to me. 

Welcome to BP, Brian.I'd say you've been hyped by the LLC advocates as providing protection, might read up on LLCs here and you'll see that good management and insurance is your best protection, not a closely held LLC.And, consider what you are trying to protect, if your assets are low you're not much of a target anyway.Form LLCs for business reasons, not liability protection.If you are too risk adverse, then RE may not be for you, your best defense is education, management and insurance.

He does a good job of highlighting the key elements to becoming a millionaire for most "ordinary millionaires" that don't get a lot of media hype.  

Just thinking about the positive energy has got me hyped up.

I think the crime issue is over-hyped here.

Cory hasn't posted again, yet maybe, but teaching a subject isn't based on marketing hype and it's a two way street, the teacher has an obligation to introduce the material and resolve questions to a point, the student has an obligation to study, absorb the material and implement what they learn. 

You SHOULDN'T need the guru-hype and skin-in-THEIR-game offered by those expensive classes!
