Hi all,I’ve just recently discovered BP and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information available and the number of people who are so willing to help.

At this point I've just been bird dogging and calling people looking for leads.

I'm in a comfortable position now to get the ball rolling, and I've just started reaching out to people in my local Real Estate Community.

I recently found a new insurance broker, I have been switching things over and saving quite a bit.  

I've just dipped my toe in vacant land so to speak.

OK I recently found a very good deal on a house in my area.

I've just been so busy with this loan and dealing with the town building department.
