Do you know think giving a holiday gift will soften the tenant to go the increase without giving trouble finding a new one?

Or maybe all the customers (Agents) tell the garbage estimator website they will pay more for listings than they will for buyers in this neighborhood, so just estimate everything high & put my picture/phone/email next to that garbage number and giant "Are You The Owner?"

Need answers ASAP with this busy holiday season and all these packages being stolen..Honestly, I really feel like not accusing them but going over there and putting a huge sign up that says " do not have packages delivered to this building, we have a thief among us".. email me to get address to send packages and I will bring them to you... 

The landlord of the duplexes next to one of mine gives each unit a turkey around the holidays.  

And after the holidays will be looking for a part time with a few hours a week.

If they don't pay within the three days excluding weekends and holidays, then the attorney can begin the eviction.

@Redgy Saint-Germain To throw a little more input on an already giant pile of comments:A lot of times it isn't just the showing that deters agents - the showing can be the easy part.

I do however, have a very flexible late policy because they don't always get hours during holidays, etc.
