Ton of growth happening in Bartow county and I'd expect it to trickle out to rome.Rome is significantly cheaper than cartersville and I'm expecting that gap to narrow over the next decade.

When it comes to all the cost and growth assumptions one thing I lack is the experience to understand what to expect... so most long term inputs are educated guesses.

Great area, rents are decent, but I expect the amenities they can offer will make a small building tough to compete.   

The residents do not seem to be STR friendly, so I would expect more restrictions in the months and years to come. 

This helps me with pricing, and I try to keep those prices current so I know what to expect when putting on a new roof, or replacing windows.
