I am taking Champions real estate agent license course for Texas and explicitly states that only someone with a license to practice law can write contracts.

It is rural-ish, but not boonies; it's actually not far from an Industrial Park and a Minor League ballpark, but the actual road where the house sits has fields and stone walls across the street.

You have to put in the time and work your way up to the big leagues.

Our area most realtors have MBA often Ivy League, brokers have JD, or PhD.
