House "love letters" are falling out of favor of late due to discrimination allegations(1), in this case the letter is necessary to overcome systemic Realtor discrimination against military veterans (see: Realtor comments in this very thread) attempting to use the military benefits they have earned.

I just did it on the advice of lawyers to add extra protection (alleged).

Hi @Cameron Brulotte, connecting with wholesalers might be a good option.Alternatively, you can check the owners by going to the county website and searching by property type.Then, skip trace the owners of every duplex-quadplex in the area that you are looking in and make an offer.Hope this helps!
