"Due and payable as rent" is a very powerful clause and I've never had any push back from it.For every 5 business days the security deposit is late, a late fee of $50 per week will accrue, due and payable as rent.The security deposit must be paid in full for the late fee to stop accruing. 

Perhaps the next business day (or two at most) would be reasonable.

Give applicant A a tight window to submit the documentation...no more than the end of business day.

If they don't respond through traditional channels of communication, send them a certified letter giving them three business days to get you the info you need or they/she is in danger of being evicted. 

There are a lot of things in real estate that will not wait 5-7 business days for an institutionally issued check or ACH.The Solo 401(k) is not limited to a $50K investment.  

By law they have ten business days to respond to your request.

On my first high offer bid, the seller took the full 15 business days or 3 weeks before I got my rejection.

It takes approximately 3 business days to have your bank account linked, so please plan ahead.
