More work to put together but if you really want to syndicate something right now I think you have to think outside the box.

They sent me cabinets that were in different boxes, different construction, door sizes were off a half an inch, a pinstripe was a different color, they couldn't fulfill the order with the cabinets I ordered so they gave me different cabinets and said that they would work?

Back then they used plaster for the walls so I have had to re-drywall the entire interior, all four floors, install new electrical wires throughout along with a new box, all new plumbing lines, and support beams in the basement to correct the uneven floor.

Or leave a letter in the mail box.

LOL  The constable is going to eat donuts and watch  He's not going to be moving furniture and boxes. 

The mods have a trace chained to my butt and follow me every post I make to delete the inappropriate ones.

Any thoughts on getting eyes on this property from several contractors without getting PM's involved- or do I just need to get a property manager that is willing to put a lock box on without signing a contract with us.
