In my local MLS market, the RE taxes are itemized on the MLS report (which I can then verify through the municipality's web site).How does it work in VA?  

You can buy the paint from them, or see if another supplier can cross-reference the numbers.Or, go to the bookstore, general store, or even the library, and find the magazine rack. 

Chain store retailers are like sheep, and they do follow one another as many retailers have good synergies with one another.  

I would buy a 24" cabinet and install a pull out laundry basket and then you only have a 12" space or so... that can be used for storing the toilet brush and a decent trash can OR a pull out towel rack.

The proverb of old says "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out", it is as applicable today as it was thousands of years ago.I think Brian is correct, the reason many get in trouble because they read all of the misinformation on the web, there are some yea-sayers out-there (even here on BP, but most of the times they get corrected) who will tell you "yes, you can do this" and lead others into trouble.

(Try to find a local store that sells a box of 10 or 12 filters, if you can - cheaper that way.)  

A web site to get your leads to mail to?

Even grocery stores are changing across Chicago.....I’m sure things like this is happening all over the Uhired States especially with Toys r Us announcing they are closing.
