As some of you know I am starting a small website venture.

Luckily, my wife is very good with finances, otherwise we would not be able to afford such a venture.

Here's my rules of engagement for my business ventures whether for profit or for public service and this one will be for both.

He was specializing at the time with flips in Pheonix and would joint venture as well - although I suspect he wouldnt be putting up a dime for his share.I found that these types of events arent really about how much knowledge you can gain but who you meet.

My intention is not to venture in to that debate again here - rather to understand if one needs to look elsewhere to see all REOs in our general geographical area or if they can all be found on the local MLS.

Again, for a first venture I thought this best.

This is probably not the project to begin your career with, tho you may be able to joint venture with someone more experienced.

I am in Texas, but with the Internet, it is not necessary to do this work locally.Good luck to everyone in your ventures!
