I travel extensively through out CA, the PacNw, Utah and the DC metro area and am excited to learn as much as possible!

That is one of the ways I could go if I invested somewhere that had too much travel expenses where I would not incur many travel expenses that I would have to have otherwise.That way a Turnkey company or friend that lived there would typically have finance and contractor connections that are local.

Im from the SoCal area but wouldn’t mind a little travel for a worthwhile event.

You would not be able to deny ESAs throughout a large apartment complex, because it would be very unlikely that the animal dander would travel long distances.

Sorry if I post this in the wrong section or if it's been posted about before (I couldn't find much on the topic), but I am wondering how others with rental property keep track of travel expenses related to managing a rental property.

Apologies in advance for my absolute ignorance with this stuff.1) We plan to purchase all cash in our names then transfer the property into an LLC that we haven't created yet, less for liability and more for tax purposes (our accountant vaguely suggested we should start an LLC that does really anything so that we are able to write off more home office, travel and equipment expenses that we can no longer do since recent tax changes).
