@Libby Baugher,Minimum annually when we check the smoke alarms, but anytime  we have a maintenance call-- I ask for observation, was It clean/dirty/seem like a lot of people living there/etc.   

To earn extra income, e.g. an additional $10 per month for alarm access/service.

No cause to be alarmed win it was tied up 1-1 but then lost the next two games and are out of the playoffs.  

I think some contractors are actually jealous of investors and use that as their reason for being a thief.  

Letting potential buyers know who the local mail thief is, is just part of their duties. 

.- I considered the net gain was rather significant, since I was still paying for running water and power (for alarm system) at this house that I wasn't even occupying. 

Here in Illinois, there are no red flags until late in the process that would alarm a seller.

You can customize the alarms and recordings to a great degree.

You can get a small credit for alarm systems, smoke detectors linked to the alarm center, water leak detectors, and things like that, but the credit is usually very small - like $10 a year.
