Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").

If you can't pay cash for the panels and the system (most people don't realize you need more than just the panels) it is rarely worth getting them because, as you found out, the loan amount costs are just too high.

If not the bank starts the process that's the issue I see..Then don't get me started on the bad actors who will learn this and will not give two shakes for the seller .. once they realize their credit is not on the line .. rip rents all sorts of bad stuff. that's were i get the heartburn..

Realize every day won't be perfect but it's the end goal that matters.

I am just curious if the plan is workable and if there is anything I miss or need to rethink about.I realize that I don't know much about property management company, if I am going to invest in Texas.

I didn’t quite realize it was an income thing.

I have had many, many problems with contractors over the years that were 100 percent their fault, but I have also had a quick trigger on contractors, not realizing that none of them work they way I want them to, but it's whether or not they are working better than the person you would have to get to replace them half through the job.

At first they looked cheaper when I was checking them out, but then I realized they were actually MUCH more expensive than my current brokerage. 

I didn't realize there was a zoning issue with it until after I bought it.
