I've identified my currently deductible expenses.I've calculated depreciation expenses of the buildings.I've identified obvious repairs for the properties.Where I'm struggling is with some of the larger expenses.

That way she doesn't become overleveraged and thus struggle when the next housing crisis hits.  

If you are ambitious and willing to struggle through, I would rehab it enough to rent it.

I am currently working as a Senior Operations Manager in Transportation.With a plethora of information and available on the internet I am struggling to find the best place to focus my efforts and get started.

I just pray that the true entrepreneurs want nothing to do with cookie-cutter franchised MLM companies anyways and want the hard work and struggle that comes with actual value creation.  

Not as many newbies looking to rent in this area - more likely to appeal to "traditional" East Boston renters, who will struggle to pay today's rents.
