I was stationed on Fort Sill, so I spent time there way back when.

I walked a few blocks today around Frankford Transportation Center and it seemed a lot nicer than Arrott or Church Stations.

Other than that I don't know where I will be stationed or what I will specialize in.

My husband is currently Active Duty Navy stationed in Jacksonville, FL.

I have been doing some research in Philly's gentrification and looks like Kensington is next to go through it - is it worth investing for a rental property in this neighborhood - especially close to Norris Square and by York-Dauphin subway station?

They probably need to in certain parts of the country where many properties sit on large acreages (parts of Mississippi and Texas, where I was once stationed, comes to mind).
