I’m brand new to being a landlord!

I've always said I would dabble in real estate as a retirement career but at 50 with probably 10+ years left in my marketing career I find myself jumping ahead a little.  It's all sort of happened fast in the last thr...

Even if they were brand new when she moved in, I would pro-rate using the three year lifetime and only charge her that percentage of your original cost.

Floods of people went down there to buy brand new houses for dirt cheap....and then quickly realized why. 

Also, make sure you continue to build your brand so that people can easily understand what you do.

Good “branded” areas in SF will always hold value albeit with slower appreciation.

What brand of self sealed fire/carbon monoxide detector are people buying for their Baltimore rentals.

After the last crash, Private Equity companies were doing this with a flawed model so they saw great losses, these companies are trying to use a more refined model however I still see gaps, the big upside is if you gave people the option of using a well known brand like Redfin or using the stranger who direct mailed or cold called you, Redfin will win most of the time over for those who are on the fence or uncomfortable with the situation.
