Think of it this way, what can you offer that a giant company like Evolve or Turnkey can not?

Usually I route traffic to Evolve which is my primary booking site so that my guests do not have to pay extra fees associated with VRBO/AirBNB, but I'm also running other campaigns to try and create balance of share between VRBO/AirBNB bookings so I will drive traffic where I'm trying to get more traction...if that makes sense.
