There's a certain portion of society that won't be willing to take the risks of being a landlord in Ontario.

Usually squatters are pretty educated on all the ways to get around being a functioning piece of society. 

In reality it is paper that is only valuable because of the law and order of society.

We are a visual society, period!

And really, doesn't that sum up this society today as a whole?

In todays society it is even a mistake when considering young married couples.

Uber is not a job it is a independent contractor with zero job security, no guaranteed income and generally speaking engaged, as a form of employment, by individuals that do not conform to the norms of society...ie regular employment.
