I've been nosing around the Kansas City areas and it looks like there are lots of good options, but the good school areas are EXPENSIVE with low cash flow numbers The areas with better cash flow have higher crime and/or poor schools.

But I think this is the reason why the US is falling faster as the middle class takes a nose dive. 

Hey Mindy, I wouldn’t recommend putting LVP on stairs, because on each tread will require nosing transition that hangs off and will likely come off or get loose over time.

The only downside to cramming my nose into books, listening to podcasts in my car, and watching videos at home is that I have yet to actually meet and talk to other people in real estate.
