I am a newbie just getting started and currently reside in East Sandwich, MA (with family).Like many others on here, I want to invest in real estate to achieve financial freedom and to generate long term wealth.

Could a lease option sandwich be a viable solution? 

OPTION 2) I can offer her to do a Lease Option for 90K, with payments of $850/month, no rent credits, and let’s say 2K Option Deposit, for 5 years.Then I can do a Sandwich Lease Option with someone else, for 110K, 12K down, 1100/month, no rent credits, for 3 years.I know in this Option I can make money up front, in the middle, and at the end.

I went from delivering sandwiches to running a brokerage pretty much over night.

I finally decided to go in with the flooring first because my flooring wouldn't be floating, easy to install, avoids a sandwiched dishwasher, hopefully will protect the subfloor from leaks.
