On June 1, we received a letter that due to numerous complaints they were politely requesting that we repaint our house.

sigh - the BP app can be touchy...Continued... their inspector says the trapezoid should be scraped and repainted - just say trapezoid to be removed but not offering to repair - even if it cannot be reasonably removed but give me a big enough sledge hammer and i will show you something removed.

A tenant's family member (at their insistence) removed the carpet and pad, and I had the room repainted, the door replaced (RPD kicked it in) and carpet/pad replaced.

Sounds like we could maybe get a few more years out of that product instead of having to re-paint every two.
