I know people who have been there when the beach was covered by that stinking toxic algae and they mentioned they'll never go back because of it.To conclude, it's great that people here have different opinions.

My advise would be to be pick a market and then start to go deeper into learning about what the best asset type to buy in that market would be. 

If you work extra hours, get $20 in your birthday card from Aunt Gertrude, or pick up a nickel off the ground, you put it toward the debt.

And in many cases at least in my case my bank gets quarterly and annual financials from us and my Banker he would pick it up in our financial reports or our tax return and next thing I would know I am getting a call from him me when I plan to pay it off.
