Condos are always tough to get things lined up with HOAs and assessments considered.Have you checked the data from STR sites like AirDNA, Rabbu, and Mashvisor?

I think not being in sites like this has caused me to lose my edge. 

They used to have a list on their site of states they don't cover for background for about 24 states but they removed it and told me I need to call.

I hired a surveyor to do a site plan, which he did and which he stamped.

However, from my understanding on this, it’s not a public database like a Secretary of State site, but rather only available to limited parties.
