You bring up excellent points that make me pause and reevaluate whether I want to go into this deal at this point in time.

i would recommend you take a brief pause and get things under control. work on a plan to refinance those units into more stable financing.

If the property no longer works financially with different assumptions you might want to pause to see if you still have a deal or if the price is too high.

Taking notes is hard as you're walking through unless you have plenty of time to slowly walk and pause and write through all the units of a MF property.

Let's pause the 'contract' part for a second...People have a life outside the contract, and things can and do come up.

That would give me pause as an investor.
