I'm talking about the owners who use their ring doorbell cameras to spy on their guests, who have a list of property rules that sound like the rules the nuns would read to us first day of class in Catholic high school, and who complain about and try to charge guests for the most minor infractions instead of considering it a cost of doing business.

I would:-Call the cops and have them create a police report-Get a surveillance camera pointing toward yard where the damage took place and add a few 'Smile You're On Camera' signs with one facing the neighbor so he/she gets the idea-Have the pizza oven repaired-Tell management to make an effort to do property checks so if something is damaged they discover it sooner rather than later.

My question is this. i live in my own home, and graciously let this older man move in with me and my husband. it was supposed to help him out to get back on his feet, and take some pressure off me to care for my terminally ill husband. he leaves sometimes late at night and comes back sometimes with questionable people early hours of the moring or as early as 1am. do i have to answer the door and let him in.. he has tried to kick the door down when i didnt answer the door fast enough. i caught him on camera a few months ago stealing from us, he gave it back after confrontation. its been a nightmare
