Wondering if anyone has appraisal license, and if so, how beneficial is it?

My understanding is that the property gets put into a land trust, and then the owners assign me beneficial interest into that land trust.

I've looked into advertising on zillow/realtor, Facebook and other sites but with no experience I'm not sure on which one or if any is most beneficial for a new realtor at a relatively unknown brokerage.

Amazon is reportedly in advanced talks to open their second HQ in Crystal City,VA in the DC area.Not surprising I guess , especially with Bezos owning Washington Post and would be beneficially for them do be near D.C as far as lobbying etc .
