If doing a #3 (Gut Rehab) will yield a $60K profit and doing a #6 (Wholesale As-Is) will yield a $50K profit, I'll take the lower profit with having to do essentially no work.Anyway, my point is, you need to look at your project(s) and evaluate each on its own merits
