When I search there are some commercial NNN properties which are around or over $1MM with corporate guaranteed leases for atleast 10 years and goes up to 20 years (like Fast food Restaurant chains, Banks, medical offices etc).

I just can't imagine myself sitting in an office typing into an excel spreadsheet for 9 hours a day and loving it, which is why I've turned my attention to real estate.

It's just that I'm anticipating a "better" tax situation next year - that is, for personal medical reasons in my family, I'm anticipating a lower level of income next year.

Yea not sure about that article I'm in sacramento,ca and in escrow after 1 week on market with offer 18k above asking although I always price lower to get more attention to my properties.
