Marketing material from commercial brokers in all 50 states, for all sorts of NNN, isn't useful, and you aren't going to really get insights until you narrow your focus a bit.Starbuck is a nice easy thing to watch b/c they are all over and, since Americans have largely replaced their trans fat addition (McDonalds, Burger King) with a sugary caffeine addition (Starbucks), it's likely going to do well for a few decades. 

Just choose somewhere in the mid west were 200k buys you a very nice livable home.

However, a lot of condominium communities have clear guidelines on rental restrictions that often prohibit leases less than 6 or 12 months.Before paying for a really nice high-rise, please make sure you will be able to monetize it the way you'd like prior to purchase.Best of luck.

The only change I have is I'm a little bear-ish on Lubbock overall - its a very linear market that doesn't have a ton of "job pull" like other markets have (tech/aerospace).

Not much industry for decent jobs.

They are nice and guests like them, but obviously there are much cheaper options on Amazon.
