Hello BP friends, I have been trying to get my start in real estate investing.

Currently started renting it for 2300$ per month , need your suggestion things I can do to fix my below situation. 

Is the property set up as a STR already or do you need to do the basic work to get it started?

Getting an LLC in place from the start can provide peace of mind and give you a chance to familiarize yourself with the process before expanding your portfolio.

I set these base rates a year in advance, knowing that prices increase from Jan to Feb to Mar to April, and then decrease starting in May in the desert environment of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley, CA. 

Start to evaluate deals based on the income approach and you'll do much better long term investing. 

Would it be best to start an LLC or sCorp in CA and deal with the astronomical annual fees?
