First you need to find out what your gain is so you know if you need a 1031 exchange.

That's why I used it.That is also part of my point, an adjuster will know better what you're entitled to. 

I simply know where to find the nuts; under the tree of course.

As someone who has house hacked many times and have helped others house hack, I would let you know there's a lot of pros and cons to this strategy!

We're still waiting for the owners bank to let us know if they'll actually help us or not.
