Or they simply get tired of being on call with guests, 24/7 (yes, there are co-hosts and VA's, but that is another person to manage).We just took on a home that was previously owner-managed - it had tons of deferred maintenance and the calendar was 50% empty.

When Old Growth Redwood was harvested the new trees will come up around the old stump.. so you might have 4 to 7 trees growing up around the old stump and will be merch .. you can harvest about 2 out of the 7 then you leave the others.. even though I was in the Bizz I am firm believer in leaving all the old growth its just to Awesome of trees to be harvesting in my mind..
