Good thing is having yen exposure, but I wouldn't worry much about that unless you have a pretty sizeable portfolio, imho.It's an amazing country, and I miss it. 

Unless you have a very strong team on the ground, I would not recommend investing in EC.

You will lose ALL tax benefits and owe all the capital gains that would have gone away. 

You kind of have to pick a lane - do you want income or 4 units in 4 years?

You want it for sale by April 1st at the latest.

I don't have much savings (almost none) but bought a home 4 years ago and have just over 100k equity in it.

I am looking at some Repository list properties, due to these being on this list it is to my knowledge since they are from judicial sale they will be provided with a free and clear title.I am noticing 2 things on some PINs either the pin is for a "improvement only" (trailer, garage etc) or the name on the repo list does not match the most recent on the GIS pin.With these situations does that mean if its improvement only you would only own the trailer for example and not be able to do anything with it as the land is still theirs?
