This is really a  unit cost and quantities math problem.  

I imagine the deals are pretty slim in quantity at the moment, but I'm looking to connect with any folks who have made their profession finding deals along the Front Range.Also, I spend most of my time in Fort Collins and I see a few bandit signs around town, but have been impressed with the recent advertising campaign of a local investor on quite a few yellow bus stop or street signage locations around town.

Another advantage is that you can have them populate the list exactly the way you want it and even pre-filter it based on your criteria instead of getting a list in whatever format the county decides to give you containing a huge quantity of names and information that will then need to be sorted and pared down (scubbed) anyway.

Given we have a very large quantity of properties and we strip our rentals down to just grass and trees to cut overhead on maintenance.

-Bob MarleyI fully agree, though I also believe that to positively affect a tremendous quantity of people, wealth is a highly useful, and in some cases, a necessity.

I send out 25 letters a week at the moment until my budget allows for a higher quantity($1 a letter), over 10 have returned so far.

Quality is so much better than quantity.

Make lots of offers, quantities count.
