I believe that's a bit harsh; after all, mankind has yet to sample and observe any actual population of scum growing on this planet to behave so wicked as to somehow deserve such an insult.

Like everyone else on this planet, we've had thefts on jobs and in at our own properties where thieves took the stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, built-in microwave ovens, washers, air conditioner condensers and had walls ripped open for the copper pipes and copper wires.

@Scott MacYou are making a sweeping statement that RE Is better than stocks when most of the wealthiest people on this planet (Buffet, Soros etc) have made their money in sticks.

In my 35 years on this planet I've only ever really been sure of 3 things: serving my country, marrying my wife, and real estate.
