I'm a west side of the metroplex kind of girl.

I can do ANYTING except mobile homes through the DMV (but a girl in another office of mine can.)

I don't know if it would be a good idea to buy another home at this time would like to know what u guys and girls think about the Phoenix market.

Now in the midst of this I have had a custody issue for my 2 girls over the same 4 years which now I am about to get full custody, if I have both my girls I face immediate eviction and we are all homeless.

I guess if I really put my head to it, I can really get creative and come to some type of agreement with her.As far as what I want to do with the house, I want it as my pimary residence for my family of 4 (my wife and girls ages 5 and 8).

There were some lovely duplexes, 4 plexes, apartment buildings, whatever.If you keep an eye open for such while you're pondering your next move, something like that may open up for sale. 

My debt right now is 37k in school loans, 293$ per month in car payment (I am pondering paying this off-total of 9k in final payments) as well as 50$ per month of recurring credit card debt.So I guess I'm just wondering if that is a good option or if it would be less messy to pay off the car and maybe either pay off half or more of the student debts.

I also have a 3 year old girl with daddy's strong personality that is getting ready for pre-school.
