Need to schedule swimming pool inspection, septic tank, and exterior roof. 

I wasn't able to see inside before bid but did walk around and the exterior is in good shape. house is 950 sq ft no basement or garage but nice sized attic and shed on quarter acre.

Re-designed the interior layout, added square footage, added master deck, and re-designed the exterior from dated Tudor style to Modern Farmhouse.

But since all that will sit on the very exterior west wall that has sunken over time, it seems like the cost is inevitable.

I wanted to do the exterior first before I really dug into the interior.

The house is currently lived in, but would need extensive rehab - new kitchen and bathrooms, new exterior siding, refinish floors, landscaping.
