Personally, I think that it's only 1/6 of a piece to a much larger puzzle.

Lets add another piece of the puzzle to your homeowner, renter, cause and effect.Could there be anything to the way the homeowner/renter is treated by the bank/landlord which is percieved by him as wrong and thus makes him mad enough to desire to cause the damage to the property and thus the percieved evildoer.There may not be anything wrong with the treatment, but it is percieved as wrong and thus comes the problems.

Wow thank you Gerald for asking that question I am not sure why people think that the items I placed in my unit were breakable.It puzzles me how the thread took that turn however,The sprayer faucets in both units are working perfectly. 

That's the most important piece of the whole puzzle.

To do all the small buildings it becomes a much more involved project like a jigsaw puzzle to put together.

The piece of the puzzle that you are not seeing is buyers are out there, but not willing to pay higher prices.

I think the 401K is a good piece of the puzzle.  

Complexity adds time to unravel the puzzle.

And I agree, if it's solid after 50-100 years, it probably will still be standing a decade from now.I myself have been puzzled by the large percentage of comments here preferring new construction because it has fewer problems.  

That is the most important piece of the puzzle.
