Lets add another piece of the puzzle to your homeowner, renter, cause and effect.Could there be anything to the way the homeowner/renter is treated by the bank/landlord which is percieved by him as wrong and thus makes him mad enough to desire to cause the damage to the property and thus the percieved evildoer.There may not be anything wrong with the treatment, but it is percieved as wrong and thus comes the problems.

Wow thank you Gerald for asking that question I am not sure why people think that the items I placed in my unit were breakable.It puzzles me how the thread took that turn however,The sprayer faucets in both units are working perfectly.

And I agree, if it's solid after 50-100 years, it probably will still be standing a decade from now.I myself have been puzzled by the large percentage of comments here preferring new construction because it has fewer problems.
