My ultimate goal is to continue to buy real estate and flip I have recently considered fixing and renting out the property considering the renovations it entails to sell the home right away it is worth approximately $200k fully renovated. 

But the assertion that you need lots of accounts to separate and budget funds, like my grandparents used to do with cash and baby food jars, is ridiculous.

Then I'm setup for 2 months of no payments, an eviction of an LLC which I'm not sure what that entails, etc.

This entails building personal / working relationships with people successful in the field.

I read over and over that real estate investing was the best way to build long term wealth so started digging deeper into what that entails.

So, I'm pretty sure I'mnot qualified to make generic wide-ranging assertions like that, except as merely hyperbolic opinion.Just like anyone else, I have my beliefs.  

BRRRR is a riskier strategy than traditional buy and hold, and it also entails a LOT of work that is glossed over.

If you are not comfortable with the risk entailed with waiting then I would recommend going for it now while you qualify.
