There you will be asked your criteria and then after answering a few questions you will be matched with 3-5 agents or loan officers in your area.

Visit your county office and explain what you want to do.

Make sure you are very upfront with the loan officer you end up working with so they can navigate the situation and help streamline things. 

My current rental is a 3 bed 2 bath with an additional office room( donot have a closet) 1950 sq ft.

If you need a recommendation for brokers, ask around to other RE professionals in your market (commercial agents, title officers, lenders, investors etc). 

I would suggest emailing or calling the US House of Representatives office for the congressman/woman for the district your rental property is in or the district where you live. 

it is probably best to speak with this directly with your local section 8 office.

I have made a list of the treasurer's office in all the Maryland counties, and it is my plan to call them all tomorrow to see if they have any otc properties.

I am left with 2 ABS Loans, Tenant occupied property that is now in foreclosure, because since November of last year I was trying to refinance, but the loan officer I was working with made me believe that he can refinance at least one of them, resulted in a failure to get approved. 

My office has used both of these and currently uses Appfolio.
