Trash out and demo is done working on getting it out back together.

Is there any way I can negotiate with a builder to see if he/she can demo the portion of the detached garage overlapping into the lot I'm selling (this is just a workshop that was added onto the garage & is hanging in the exact distance I need demo'd to be able to sell this) , while patching up the detached garage properly so it is still usable. 

@Nate Ginsberg I do believe @Frank Yang is correct you won’t find them to do down payment/Reno cost as a second lien holder.

Besides giving her the change, you have to give her a demo how to use a public phone.

DEMO: This property doesn’t look like it will need any type of significant demo.

We keep records of what they do, post some photos on FACEBOOK of them working so it is well known and findable.My kids will demo anything decks, kitchens, carpet, etc. 

Today is first day of ownership... and its Demo Day!!!

Now I either just demo it and hang new, or go over it with 3/8 and call it a day.
