One of the many things that makes BP so great is that there is people such as yourself that go out of their way daily to share their experiences via forum posts which end up helping others. 

German roaches often times will move in with the tenant (just like bed bugs), but will not go away until you get rid of the food source. 

If you eliminate their source of food they might go away on their own but they will likely stay for the shelter.

Their income to rent is a little over 3x including food stamps, but under excluding.  

From hiring, firing, payroll, to daily book keeping, I've done it all. 

Its a commercial property  it's like one unit ,  one very large unit  it would be great  for a bank  or  fast food restaurant with drive-thru.

People come for the food, nightclubs, entertainment, etc.  

It's hot enough to cook food outside ( I don't recommend of course hehehe)
