I did a bit of research and wondering if the current interest rates, high real estate prices, and weak 12-14 week rental period make it a bad investment.

I remember thinking how absolutely absurd it was to still be living this way after tripling my income, and on top of that my Wife was getting ready to graduate nursing school which would add even more income but, I had no clue how to keep it from disappearing every month and wondering what happened.

The unit is coming up for rent again soon and I'm wondering if I am opening myself up for a claim of discrimination with this process - where a tenant who is not chosen could claim that I rented to someone else based on their (fill in the blank of protected class)?

But it does make me wonder...  

Offer some discounts during the week and stack discounts if people book more nights.Also, photography could do wonders for this place.

You have had such a full and wonderful life and the fact that you still have dreams and goals to continue to build a even bigger legacy is amazing.

Inventory seems to be ticking up across the board, I wonder if sellers are starting to feel the pressure from higher for longer and looking to maximize an exit at these prices in preparation for a downturn.
